McConachy started plastic surgery at 20. Her dad gave her breast and lip enhancements for her birthday to make her happy.
“After the surgery, I felt amazing and got hooked,” she said. “I love aesthetics. It’s all I think about. I eat, breathe, and dream it. If you can change your body, why not?” She added, “I’ll put filler anywhere on my face.”
