In the film, where Andrew Barth Feldman stars opposite Lawrence, it’s about a shy 19-year-old whose parents are eager for him to lose his virginity before college. Then there’s Lawrence’s character, Maddie, who’s about to lose her house and could use the money.
As she tries to coax Feldman’s character, Percy, out of his shell to get some quick cash from his parents, things take a wild turn and lead to a nude moment.
Reflecting on her decision to go nude on camera, Lawrence told Variety:
“Everyone in my life and on my team was being responsible, asking, ‘Are you sure? Are you sure? Are you sure?’ But I didn’t hesitate at all. I thought it was hilarious.”
And don’t think there was some clever lighting or carefully placed stuff to keep it PG. Lawrence went full-frontal nude while doing a comedic fight scene with another character.
Honestly, keeping a straight face through that must’ve been tough.
Though the scene didn’t last long, Lawrence said it took a whole day to film.
