“Everything was texts and FaceTime. We’d gab for hours. It was chill and easy,” Meghan said.
But like any couple, they fought. In his book “Spare,” Harry spilled about a 2016 spat where he lost his cool.
“Maybe the wine went to my head. Or the press stress got to me. For some reason, the convo took a left turn and I got testy,” Harry wrote.
“Then mad. Way out of proportion, sloppy mad.”
He said Meghan took his comment the wrong way due to “cultural diff.” He lashed out “harshly” and “cruelly.”
“As I spoke, it was like time stopped. The gravy quit bubbling, air molecules froze. Even Nina Simone seemed to pause,” Harry wrote.
