Hanks has an extensive filmography that spans all kinds of genres. There are the swoon-worthy romantic comedies like “Sleepless in Seattle” in 1993 and “You’ve Got Mail” in 1998. Then there are the heart-gripping dramas such as “Apollo 13” in 1995, “The Green Mile” in 1999, “Cast Away” in 2000, “Road to Perdition” in 2002, and “Cloud Atlas” in 2012.
