Former US President Jimmy Carter stopped medical treatment and opted for hospice care.
The 98-year-old, after “a series of short hospital stays,” would be moved to a hospice, as per a Carter Center statement.
“Former US President Jimmy Carter decided to spend his last days at home with his family and receive hospice care instead of further medical treatment,” it said.
