Aubrey Plaza explains why she ‘never’ wear ‘underwear’ while filming but says she ‘should’

Aubrey Plaza has shared some out-of-the-ordinary advice about her on-set clothing—or rather, the absence of it.

The “Megapolis” star disclosed that she often doesn’t wear underwear while shooting.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly along with her “My Old Ass” co-star Maisy Stella, Plaza confessed, “Maybe I should’ve worn underwear, but I never do. And then I get screwed.”

She justified her choice by stating that going without underwear makes her body feel more limber, which she deems crucial for acting.

She said, “I feel like acting requires your body to be in this strange, pliable state.”

“Never feel the need to pee when you’re doing a scene. Even if you think, ‘Maybe I have to pee,’ just empty your bladder.”
