Waitress Who Got ‘Racist’ CEO Kicked Out From High-End Restaurant Receives More Than $82K in Tips From Around the Globe

The well-known waitress who called out a top Silicon Valley CEO for his racist behavior towards an Asian family is now speaking up.

She believes what she did should’ve happened sooner to really teach that man a lesson. She also talked more about it, like how the incident quickly went viral.

Gennica Cochran was praised as a heroic server at Lucia Restaurant. In an interview, she recalled defending an Asian family from Michael Lofthouse, the CEO of Solid8.

She talked about the importance of standing up for what’s right in today’s society. She also pointed out how it’s wrong to judge others by their race and appearance and think you’re better.

These were foreigners who already felt out of place in a foreign country. For her, that was reason enough to be kind, but the behavior she saw still shocked her.

“Trump is going to f**k you, you need to leave this country now!” were some of the offensive remarks. The witness was horrified by his boldness.

Talking to the media about it, she said she did what anyone should do in that situation.
