The mom with over 800 tattoos, Australia’s most tattooed model, and the well – known “Black Alien” have already amazed us. But now, “Britain’s most tattooed man” has shared an unrecognizable old photo of himself.
Matthew Whelan, also called the “King of Inkland King Body Art,” isn’t just a body painter. He’s into other body modifications. He told his social media followers (as reported by the Mirror), “I change my body, and that’s a fact.”
Yet, his unique look is endangering his health. He said, “My transdermal implant (not a micro dermal skin nip) is a 24/7 open wound. It can bleed, get inflamed, scab, or seep plasma.” “I don’t think it’s an infection. The body’s trying to heal a hole and deal with a foreign object (a titanium disc and body jewelry), so it might be like the body’s ‘period’ for body mods.”
Besides having numerous tattoos, Whelan has split his tongue in half, removed his nipples for more space, dyed his eye – whites black, and carved “teeth marks” on his ears. He’s even legally changed his name to “King Of Inkland King Body Art.”
Recently, some old photos he shared on Instagram have got tattoo fans excited. In one, he flexes his muscles and captions it, “This is a throwback to when I had only one #tattoo. I was in better shape then. Maybe I’d have been on the wrestling team if we had one in high school.” “Showing off a British Bulldog on my right arm at 16!” A fan commented, “Barely recognized you lol!”
In another astonishing before – photo, he captions it, “WHO [duck]-ing HECK IS THIS?” “This foreign – looking guy was in Cyprus in 1998 or 1999. I can’t remember. It’s one of my many pre – #tattoo faces. I wasn’t ‘plain – skinned’ then; I had my 1st, maybe 2nd or 3rd #tattoo already.”
