Ingredients for the Dish
- Some pieces of natural ginger root
- 1.5 liters of water
- Lemon juice from 1 lemon (optional)
Preparation
Heat the water and add the ginger pieces. Boil for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool. Add lemon juice if you like.
Consumption
Drink this water three times a day: in the morning before breakfast, before lunch, and before dinner. This treatment should not exceed 10 days.
Warnings
- Pregnant women, especially after the first three months of pregnancy, should not consume ginger.
- People with blood disorders (due to ginger’s blood – thinning effect), diabetes, or weak health should avoid it.
- Consult your doctor before starting any treatment or diet.
