Lúcia Alves , a veteran Brazilian television actress, passed away this Thursday (24), after ten days of hospitalization at Casa de Saúde São José , in Rio de Janeiro. Before her departure, she publicly shared a professional experience with fellow actress and comedian Heloisa Perissé .
The story was told during a participation in the podcast Papagaio Falante, hosted by Sérgio Mallandro and Renato Rabello. During the interview, Lúcia recalled her participation in the series Sob Nova Direção, broadcast by Globo between 2004 and 2007.

According to Lucia Alves, the atmosphere behind the scenes was not very welcoming. The actress explained that Heloisa Perissé, in addition to acting, also wrote the script for the program alongside Ingrid Guimarães. The direction was in the hands of Mauro Farias, Heloisa’s husband at the time, and the production involved other members of the actress’s family.
Lúcia reported that she was called in quickly to replace an actor who had left the cast. For her, this type of invitation does not always work well, especially when it involves someone with a more independent style, as was her case. The artist said she believed that her presence caused some discomfort in the work environment.

The actress did not give any further details about the situation she had with the comedian, but she did emphasize that she still admired Heloísa Perissé. “She really got on my nerves, no need to say anything else. I love Lolô,” she concluded. Despite the disagreements behind the scenes, Lúcia did not hold a grudge against her colleague.
