New Information About Astronomer HR Chief Kristin Cabot’s Personal Life Resurfaces

After being caught in what is believed to be an alleged affair with the company’s CEO, the chief people officer of the IT company is currently embroiled in a dispute.

Amidst the Kiss Cam controversy that erupted at a recent Coldplay concert earlier this week involving Astronomer’s CEO Andy Byron and HR Director Kristin Cabot, new information has surfaced.

When Andy and Kristin discovered they were being shown to the audience, they immediately left the Boston event on July 16 after being seen in a tender hug on the jumbotron.

Their response caused a media frenzy, which prompted a mad inquiry into Kristin and Andy’s behavior by social media users and internet sleuths.

According to some reports, Megan Carrigan Byron is Andy’s spouse.

The fact that Kristin is a recent divorcee was also previously verified.

According to recently released court documents from Massachusetts, she was married to Kenneth Thornby.

In 2018, the couple, who have at least one kid together, filed for divorce.

In 2022, their divorce was finalized, and Kenneth was ordered by the court to pay a large amount in child support.

It wasn’t apparent whether Kristin had been married again after divorcing Kenneth until shortly after the Kiss Cam video became viral.

She is actually married to Andrew Cabot, the COO of Privateer Rum and another CEO, according to a Daily Mail article.

According to Andrew’s profile on the company’s official website, his family has owned the distillery for six generations.

“Responsible for the vision and strategy, Andrew works closely with the team he assembled to produce one of the finest rums in the world,” according to his biography.

“One simple question has focused Andrew throughout his career in technology, and time in public education and academia – ‘how can we do this better?’”

It goes on.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Andrew does have experience in these fields.

He graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and Philosophy, UCLA with a Philosophy degree, and Harvard Graduate School of Education with a Master of Education.

Before eventually taking over the family business in 2009, he worked a number of high-ranking jobs at several companies starting in the mid-1990s.

When he allegedly married the Astronomer executive is unknown.

His claimed wife, Kristin (maiden name Stanek), was married when she sold a Watertown, Massachusetts, property for $1.8 million earlier this year, according to court filings dated January.

Furthermore, since 2023, he and Kristin have shared an address in Rye, New Hampshire, according to property documents the New York Post was able to get.

The pair eventually paid $2.2 million for the estate in February of this year after being designated as co-residents.

More publicly available records reveal that Andrew was previously married twice, in 1993 and 2014, before meeting Kristin.

In his first marriage to Maud Cabot, he had two children.

Kristin attended Andrew’s daughter’s 25th birthday celebration in May of last year.

On Facebook, Maud posted pictures from the celebrations, including Kristin posing with Andrew and his family.

Andrew has a Facebook page as well, although it hasn’t been updated since 2020.

In contrast, Kristin has deleted all of her social media profiles after Coldplay’s Boston performance seemed to reveal her as Andy’s alleged mistress, following the audience’s unexpected response to the show’s “Kiss Cam” portion.

Andy is said to have shouted out a startled reaction as the Kiss Cam zoomed in on the couple in the video.

The 50-year-old was spotted encircling Kristin with his arm.

Chris Martin, the frontman of Coldplay, noticed them as the camera panned in on them and jokingly exclaimed, “Oh look at these two! What? They are either extremely bashful or involved in an affair.”

The remark appeared to cause panic right away.

When Andy and Kristin realized they were being televised to the audience, they immediately distanced themselves.

According to reports, Andy exclaimed, “f**king hell, it’s me,” while Kristin said, more subtly, “this is awkward.”

While Kristin turned away and put her hands over her face, Andy scurried out of sight, seemingly trying to avoid more attention, and vanished from the screen.

Both Andy and Kristin have not yet publicly addressed the incident, but fans and concertgoers are still discussing it on social media as they provide their opinions on what should have been a humorous segment of the performance.

In appreciation of the frontman’s spontaneous comment, one internet user joked, “Chris Martin doing Gods work, [sic]”.

Another said, “Imagine getting caught by Coldplay.”

Since the video went viral, Martin’s playful yet suggestive remark was echoed by social media users.

“HES having an affair… [sic],” someone wrote.

“They’re definitely hiding something, that’s for sure,” someone else said.

One commenter said, “Oh my God, that looks like Astronomer CEO Andy Byron AND Astronomer Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot???” claiming to have recognized the two right away.

Indeed, that will be a very uncomfortable board meeting, if not a few divorces as well. [sic]”

Another person asked, “I wonder where he told his wife he was going to be?” once it was established that Andy is married.

Social media users have discovered Andy’s 2023 news release regarding Kristin’s executive job in addition to her since-deleted LinkedIn bio.

He stated in the release, “As we continue on our quick trajectory, Kristin’s outstanding leadership and profound knowledge of talent management, employee engagement, and scaling people initiatives will be crucial.

She has demonstrated leadership at several growth-stage businesses, and Astronomer is the ideal place for her because of her enthusiasm for creating diverse, cooperative work environments.”

Those comments are now coming up again, but in a very new context.

Their alleged affair has sparked a variety of online reactions, from amusing to disbelieving.

“For the lawyers, specifically, this cheating scandal is the gift that keeps coming!

Currently, their husbands need to be expressing gratitude to the tabloids 😂😂😂,” a user commented.

Many focused on Andy’s marriage as suspicions grew.

Before finally removing the account completely, his wife Megan first deleted the name Byron from her Facebook profile.

Additionally, her Instagram account has been deleted.

Following a barrage of comments on her social media profiles about the viral footage of her husband and his HR executive at the performance, Megan apparently took quick action.

In the end, internet users informed Megan that they supported her.
