In a tragic event, 10-month-old Idaho infant Zeke Best was found dead by cops over the weekend, a day after an Amber Alert was issued.
The awful incident started when cops arrested the baby’s father, Jeremy Albert Best. He was held on a warrant related to his wife’s death. Police found the baby about 24 miles east of Idaho Falls after a hunter called about a strange sight – a naked man, later known as Best, in a sleeping bag on the roadside, saying odd things.
“The caller said the man was naked and making strange remarks,” police said.
Best was wanted on Friday for allegedly kidnapping his own child in Teton County, said the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office.
