Kate looks relaxed in casual athletic wear, sporting an all-black look with pink accents as she walks. She seems strong, which is a good sign considering her rumored stomach surgery.
Prince William is right by her side as they leave the farm shop, bags in hand. One observer, Nelson Silva, said, “I saw a couple picking out bread, and the woman turned her face, and I felt like I’d seen it before. Then it hit me that I’d heard of her.” He added, “I went to my car and filmed them as they came out of the shop. I think they left through a side door. I didn’t see a vehicle, and they just disappeared. I just wanted to share the video with my family to show how normal they were.”

The couple was walking at a fairly brisk pace. Kate seems to be okay, really, maybe nothing was ever wrong with her, although we know she was in the hospital for a while for a serious procedure that took her out of commission.”
