RF. Kate Middleton has ‘turned corner’ in cancer treatment, royal sources reveal

Vanity Fair reports that Catherine, the Princess of Wales, is recovering well from cancer treatment.

After revealing her diagnosis in a video, Kate has mostly stayed out of public view to rest. Prince William said he was looking after her, but there wasn’t much news on her health until now.

An insider told Vanity Fair’s Katie Nicholl that Kate’s preventative chemotherapy has been successful and she’s doing better. “It’s a relief she’s tolerating the meds and improving,” the person said. “It’s been tough, but her family’s been supportive.”

Though Kate briefly shared a project on social media recently, sources say she’s not rushing to return to royal duties. “There’s no timeline or hurry. She’ll come back when she’s ready and gets the go-ahead from her medical team,” a source said.

The source added that Kate used social media to show she’s okay. Her family, including William and the Middletons, has rallied around her.

For Mental Health Awareness Week, the Prince and Princess of Wales shared a video about Kate’s work with a charity she was involved with before her diagnosis.

Even though Kate’s been seen out with her family lately, insiders ask for patience. “She still needs space and time. Her recovery is the priority. She’s had a hard year,” an insider told MailOnline.
