Staying in shape is vital for our well – being. For many, it means simple activities like walking or light daily exercise. But for 33 – year – old Russian bodybuilder Nataliya Kuznetsova, it’s a different story.
Nataliya holds world titles in arm lifting, bench press, and deadlift. She’s been into bodybuilding since she was 14. Starting at 80 lbs, she now weighs 246 – 275 lbs. Born in 1991 in Chita, Siberia, she was active as a kid, loving training and combat sports. Under coach Alexei Ivanov, she followed a strict diet to get stronger.
At 17, weighing 150 lbs, she could bench – press 220 lbs. Since then, she’s won championships and set records, like the 2014 Cup of Eurasia and 2015 Cup Eastern Europe. Nicknamed the World’s Most Muscular Woman, she has impressive bench press (over 374 lbs) and deadlift (530 lbs) records.
Nataliya graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Physical Culture in 2013 and even took part in a Bolshoi Theatre production. She lives in Moscow with her husband, Vladislav Kuznetsov, a bodybuilder she met online in 2009 and married in 2015.
In her early career, money was tight. But now, with social media spreading pictures of her muscular body, she has sponsors and works with nutrition brands. She has one million Instagram followers and shares gym tips and daily life.
