Where is the fireman in the picture?

One day, when I was walking down the stairs in my apartment building, I smelled something burning. It was hard to tell which apartment the smell came from, but it was like the smell of something burning on a stove.

On the third floor, I realized the smell was from an apartment on the landing. I knocked on the neighbors’ doors (4 apartments on the landing). Two opened and everything was okay, but the other two didn’t. Then I called the fireman. Five or six minutes later, 5 fire trucks arrived.

The fireman ran up, asked me about the situation, then started pounding on the door. A dog barked. Other emergency workers were ready to cut the iron door with a gas cutter.

Then we heard an old lady shouting from the street, “…this is my porridge, I forgot to turn off the stove…” Luckily, everything was fine!

Today, a girl just forgot a pot of porridge on the stove, and smoke rose. She panicked and called the firefighters. One of them is in the picture, but not everyone can spot him.
