Sarah went to the pet store to buy a pet and was attracted by a parrot. The parrot was standing on the shelf, talking non – stop.
“Hello, welcome!” “What a nice day today!” “What would you like to buy?” the parrot chirped.
Sarah asked the clerk, “Why is this parrot so talkative?”
The clerk said proudly, “Ma’am, this is the most talkative parrot in our store. It can say a lot of things and even chat with people.”
Sarah was tempted and decided to buy this parrot. When she got home, she wanted to chat with the parrot and asked, “Parrot, how was your day today?”
The parrot looked at her and suddenly shouted, “The clerk said that whenever someone asks me how my day was, I should say ‘Business is great today. Many people are buying pets’.”

At Christmas, the family got together. Grandpa mysteriously took out a box and said he wanted to give his grandson Jack a special gift.
Jack opened the box excitedly and found an old alarm clock inside, which seemed to be quite old.
Although Jack was a bit disappointed, he still said politely, “Thank you, Grandpa. This alarm clock is very special.”
Grandpa smiled and said, “Jack, this isn’t an ordinary alarm clock. I used it when I was a kid. Every time I hear it ring, I think of my childhood. I hope it can bring you good memories too.”
At this time, Jack’s dad couldn’t help laughing aside, “Dad, you gave this alarm clock to Jack last year.”
Grandpa patted his head, “Oh, I forgot again.”
