Straight Family Man Prefers To Wear Skirts And Heels As He Believes ‘Clothes Have No Gender’

Tired of work suits, his wife suggested new outfits. He started wearing heels with pants in 2015. Coworkers joked about skirts, not knowing they’d be a staple by 2018.

He always liked mixing men’s and women’s clothes. “I’m normal and straight,” he said.

In college, heels felt natural. Now he has heels for every occasion.

For a chill day, he wears short heels with jeans. In the city, he chooses block heels for cobblestone streets. “Only not in heels on the football pitch. I’m a player and coach,” he said.

He likes mixing feminine and masculine looks with skirts. “Masculine above, non-gendered below. It’s about gender-neutral clothes,” he said.

His wife, who stays anonymous, backs his choices. “Mark looks great in anything. His legs are nicer in heels than mine,” she said.

His family supports him. His daughter wants his heels. His wife of 11 years helps with outfits.

After nearly 10 years, he still gets looks but is used to it.
