The accident has hit the tight-knit Dauphin community hard, where many victims lived. Mayor David Bosiak said, “Pretty much everyone in town knew someone on that bus.”
“There’s a shared sense of shock… it’s a huge tragedy for our small community.
“It’s a real blow.”
