Couple exposes conflict on social media; woman is originally from Moca

Jesús Abraham Rodríguez, a resident of Villa Isabela, released a video addressed to the family of his ex-wife, Eyliana Esperanza Estrella Hidalgo, a native of Moca. His goal was to ask them to intervene due to the conflicts he claims she has caused him.

Abraham Rodríguez stated that he wants to avoid further problems. In his message, he asked Eyliana’s relatives to come and find her. “Come and rescue Eyliana. She’s caused me a lot of trouble here in Villa Isabela. She tore my clothes in a drink and threatened me. I don’t want any more problems,” he expressed in the video.

He added that he has been involved in conflicts due to his actions. He mentioned one in particular with a man identified as Francisco Peña. “She also caused me one with Mr. Francisco Peña, a problem she caused, and she got me into one. Please come and get her,” he declared publicly.

Eyliana Esperanza Estrella Hidalgo also responded to these accusations via video. In her statement, she denied all the accusations made by her ex-partner. She also offered her own version of the conflict that has become public.

“It’s not true. He’s a schizophrenic, with mental health issues, and I didn’t know it. He has problems with his family because he suffers from low self-esteem, and he dared to post about me on social media,” Eyliana stated directly.

She added that she has been affected by Rodríguez’s actions. She stated that he has tried to damage her image by calling people and talking about her. “He has tried to wipe the floor with me because I have a job here where I live, and he has called people and started talking to him, but everyone knows he has mental problems and I’m not doing anything,” she explained.

The conflict between the two sides has taken a public turn through social media. Statements by Jesús Abraham Rodríguez and Eyliana Estrella have generated attention due to the direct exposure of mutual accusations and personal differences.

Both residents of different towns, Villa Isabela and Moca, have decided to use digital media to express themselves about a dispute that, according to their accounts, has affected their immediate surroundings and their relationships with other people in their communities.
