It was supposed to be just another relaxing afternoon. A group of friends hanging out by the pool, cold drinks in hand, sunshine warming their skin. They laughed, joked, and slipped into the bubbling jacuzzi — completely unaware that something beneath the surface was about to change everything. At first, it was just the usual foam and steam… until a dark shadow began to rise. What happened next was so shocking, even the surveillance cameras couldn’t fully explain it.
The perfect chill turned into total chaos in seconds
Tom had no idea that he’d become the center of something inexplicable. Shirtless, with a red plastic cup in hand, he was cracking a joke when he suddenly noticed the water ripple beside him — not from jets, not from movement… but from something rising up.
At first, everyone assumed it was a prank. Or maybe someone dropped something. But then the ripples turned into waves.
And then… they saw it.
It wasn’t a leaf. It wasn’t a toy. It was something… alive.
The water’s surface broke for just a moment. Enough for all four friends to spot a dark, undefined shape — about the size of a forearm, moving unnaturally.
“It had eyes,” Tom would later say. “And it blinked. I swear to you — it blinked.”
One girl screamed and backed out of the jacuzzi. Another guy nearly slipped climbing out. Tom, frozen, kept staring at the shape.
Then it disappeared beneath the foam again — as if it had never been there at all.
And then the water turned red.

For a brief time, a security camera clip made its way online. It showed Tom turning his head, eyes wide, followed by everyone jumping out of the water in panic.
Within hours, the video disappeared from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. All copies were taken down under copyright claims — but those who saw it said:
“There was something. A shadow. A movement. And right before it submerged, it opened what looked like a mouth.”
Tom hasn’t used the jacuzzi since. None of them have.
“I can’t relax in water anymore,” he admitted. “Bathtubs. Pools. Even showers. Every time I close my eyes, I think about it.”
He even threw away the red cup he was holding that day — “just in case,” he said.
The other friends refused to speak publicly.
But one of them, anonymously, told a reporter:
