Katie Price has unveiled her taut new look after undergoing yet more surgery on her face just hours before her daughter Princess’ first solo reality TV show airs.
The glamour model, who has been accused of trying to upstage her teen, was spotted in her hotel lobby after jetting out to Istanbul to get a new face lift. The mum-of-five braved the pain as she strutted through the reception with the skin on her face was stretched back behind fresh bandages.
Katie looked very youthful in the new snaps, obtained by The Sun, as her cheeks were pulled back with stitching tape.
Katie also shared a selfie from her hospital bed in an elevator surrounded by her medical team. It comes after Princess Andre says she’s ‘independent’ from parents as she breaks silence after Katie Price row.
The new images are bound to cause grave concern among Katie’s family members, who have warned her multiple times to stop going under the knife.
Princess has previously said she won’t be falling her mum’s footsteps as she lamented she was ‘so pretty’ before making alterations.
During an appearance on Katie’s reality show, the model asked her daughter if she’d ever have her lips done.
Princess replied: “I want to say no, like you know how much surgery you’ve had… Can your body actually move? Because you stretch so much skin.”
Katie told her: “More surgery to come! Put it this way, when I’m 90 I’ll probably be transparent – you’ll see all my veins.”
The teen responded “It’s your body and your choice, I don’t have a problem with plastic surgery. But I think some people are so naturally pretty that they don’t actually need it. You were naturally pretty.”
Katie’s latest surgery spree comes less than a year since she had another facelift as well as a ‘fox-eye lift’ at the Trio Clinic in Istanbul.
The mum is no stranger to plastic surgery, having undergone hundreds of ops and aesthetic treatments over the years. In January this year she showed off her new ‘bubble but’ after treating herself to a new Brazilian butt lift – to correct a previous procedure she had claimed was botched.
Katie has previously said her quest for perfection comes from her body dysmorphia. “‘I don’t ever look in the mirror and think I look good. I never have done. So, there’s obviously an underlying issue,” she said.
While Katie has admitted she is a fan of the ‘plastic look’, eyebrows will no doubt be raised over the timing of her latest surgery.
The mum is said to be in a sad family rift with daughter Princess and her ex Peter Andre over her daughter’s new reality TV show – which Katie plays no part in.
Katie said this week that she burst into tears at being told she was banned from appearing in a tell-all ITV documentary about Princess’ life. Speaking out on her podcast, Katie also said she was devastated to have been blacklisted from her daughter’s 18th party – which was also filmed for the show.
This weekend sources disclose to the Mirror that Katie had in fact swerved a meet-up with Princess on her 18th birthday so she could carry on partying abroad instead.
The mum-of-five had insisted she was banned from her daughter’s 18th birthday party and that her former management team – who look after ex-husband Peter Andre and Princess – did not want her on the show as they considered her “trash”.
Speaking on her podcast, Katie claimed: “Princess was like ‘I’m having a party’. And I wasn’t invited because it was for ‘filming’.”
She added: “The fact is there’s stuff my daughter is doing and I’m not allowed to be seen at any of it.”
But insiders claimed her version of events was far from the truth.
They said the 18-year-old had arranged to see her mum on the morning of her birthday in June in London – but Katie failed to appear.
A source said: “It was all in the diary but then Katie claimed she couldn’t make it as she was abroad. It was disappointing.
“For Katie to then say she was banned from the afternoon’s filmed party when she was the no-show in the morning is just beyond belief.”
