Rick Harrison Opens Up About Son’s Tragic Death

Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars opened up about his grief after his 39-year-old son, Adam, died of a suspected fentanyl overdose. “Adam died from a fentanyl overdose. The crisis must be taken more seriously,” Rick told Fox News Digital.

TMZ first reported the sad news. The Las Vegas police are looking into it. The family spokesperson, Laura Herlovich, said, “We’re very sad. We need privacy to mourn.”

Adam, Rick’s son from his first marriage to Kim Harrison, worked at Gold & Silver Pawn before Pawn Stars started in 2009. He wasn’t on the show.

Rick paid tribute on Instagram. He posted a photo of them at a bar, writing, “You’ll always be in my heart! I love you, Adam. ?”

Fentanyl overdose deaths are rising. CDC stats show a 56.6% jump from 2020 – 2021. We send our sympathies to the Harrison family.
