This is funny hand…It Just for fun.

  • Run and Feed Your Brain
“Exercise sharpens the mind,” says Judy Cameron, a psychiatry prof at the University of Pittsburgh. Her Oregon Health and Science University studies found that monkeys running on treadmills grew more brain blood vessels. Even one aerobic session boosts blood flow and floods the body with endorphins for clearer thinking. Regular exercise also helps keep muscle mass as you age.
  • Dress to Look Slimmer
Research shows an anti-fat bias everywhere, especially at work where fit, young people get more perks. You can’t slim down fast, but smart clothing choices help.
Never wear pleats. “Pleated pants add pounds as they puff out and widen hips,” says Barbara Seymour.
Go monochromatic. Wearing one color from head to toe makes you look longer. Dark colors enhance this. A bold tie looks youthful. Add a pocket square in the same color family but different pattern.
Wear well-fitting clothes. “Tight clothes make you seem heavier, loose ones like you’re hiding something,” says Seymour. “The right fit gives an illusion of thinness.”
